Accelerating the impact of our change and producing results faster.
Adapting constantly to align and accelerate so we can prove the results of the alignment.
We must align our markets and customers to our systems, teams, and capabilities. But markets and customers are always going to change. Thus, our capabilities will also always need to adapt and change.
This leaves us constantly out of alignment.
So the work to tackle this constant misalignment is continuous adaptation, now and into the future.
